An Overview of the 6 Month Programme:
Formal Learning
We begin by exploring the foundations of executive transitions before looking at challenges and failures. Then we focus on how to coach executives to move using the Double Diamond Framework™ of Executive Transitions. This framework is proven to support leaders and can be applied directly to your work - over and over - to achieve exceptional results for your clients.
In the final part of our formal learning, we specifically focus our attention on how to best support executive coaching clients through their last 90 days using teaching that’s based on real transition coaching experience.
Transition Coaching Labs™
Transition Coaching Labs™ are 2x 90 minute facilitated group conversations that lead to inspire actions in small peer groups. You will get a unique opportunity for targeted feedback on implementation of the programme content and framework in your coaching practice.
Coaching Assignment
This is where the theory meets true coaching practice. You’ll demonstrate sufficient competency levels and apply the key learnings from the programme in your own coaching practice.
For the coaching assignment we ask that you assess your competency by submitting a client case study, a half page summary of how you have utilised the Double Diamond Framework™ of Executive Transitions and key learnings, along with a half page summary report.
