đŁ Talking of which - A newly promoted CHRO in a large professional services firm who was promoted from a country level operation to become a member of Group ExCo hired me as a transition coach. The executive transition included multiple enormous challenges to overcome at the same time. After the coaching concluded, not only did the client received an outstanding performance rating during their first year in role đđŒ, but they also received an early contract extension đ«¶. The CHRO described the executive transition support as follows:
